We began with just one factory and 80 hands sewing the very first seams. Over a span of 20 years, we’ve steadily grown, mastering the art of clothing craftsmanship. Today, more than 4,000 makers across four factories carry forward the same spirit of precision, style, and dedication. What started as a humble beginning is now a growing force in medical uniforms, workwears, casual wears and fashion. This is only the first chapter of our story.
2001
Duc Thanh 1 – Where Growth Took Shape
In 2001, we built our very first factory — where we took our first leap to expand our ambition into action. With 2,100 concurrent employees across 25,000 square meters, this facility became the starting line of our journey. Specialising in Medical Uniforms, Casual Wears, Workwears, we quickly became trusted partners with leading names like Walmart, Disney, and Cherokee — carrying our work into their stores in the US and around the world. More than just a building, this factory marked the foundation of our expansion and trust, our vision and experience, setting the benchmark that every one of our posterity factories now upholds
2009
Duc Thanh 2 – Global Attention
In 2009, our second factory came to life with one clear purpose: to produce Polo T-shirts for Target. With 1,600 employees across 15,000 square meter. In less than 6 months, it had already delivered over 2 million Polo T-Shirts to Target, showcasing not only our speed, but our care for quality behind every piece. That early success quickly attracted leading global brands such as Disney, Dickies, Walmart, expanding our partnerships far beyond its original mission. Today, this facility produces a wide variety of products, including but not limited to casual wears, woven, knit wear, earning the trust in versatility and reliability. With regular orders and long-term customer satisfaction, Duc Thanh 2, stands as proof that quality and quantity can grow together with trust. While our first facility lay the groundwork, this second factory facilitate our momentum internationally.
2014
Duc Thanh 3 – Cradle of Trust
In 2014, our third factory opened to serve a very different kind of audience: the youngest lives and the guardians who protected them. built across 10,000 square meters and supported by 750 dedicated employees, this facility was created exclusively for the partnership with Ergobaby – where every seam, fabric, and fastening is guided by the highest standards of safety and comfort through care. Producing over 1 million Ergobaby products each year, Duc Thanh 3 combines meticulous detail with trusted quality, ensuring that every item placed in a parent’s hands carries both support and care. Our earlier factories embody scale, versatility and the expansion internationally, but this factory represents something more important to families, our responsibility to craft products that families can trust to care for their child’s very first day.
2010
Thanh Truc – Strategic, Fast, and Flexible
Established in 2010, Thanh Truc may be more modest in scale with 500 employees, but its role is no smaller than the other giants in our network. When large-scale orders overflow from Duc Thanh 1 and 2, this facility tops in as the fast, flexible solution. With a concentrated setup, its production is at incredible speed while maintaining the trusted quality our clients expect. Thanh Truc shows that smaller can be strategic – adding agility, reliability, and timely delivery to our foundation of excellence.
2020
Thanh An – Redefining Workwear
When Thanh An opened in 2020, it began on a smaller scale with 300 employees — not to compete with our larger factories, but to pursue a new vision: uniforms with the confidence of fashion. Starting with a modest partnership and small orders, Thanh An built its name through dedication, precision, and trust. What began as a niche experiment soon became a movement, blending functionality with style. Among our early partners was Jaanuu — once a small brand, now a leader in redefining workwear fashion. Its success mirrors the spirit of Thành An: innovation, trust, and the power to turn ideas into lasting achievements.
